The brand-spanking new, not built from two garbage cans welded together, Stu-Pit smoker

Here it is ladies and gentlemen. Nice right? Yeah, we thought so... This hard-core pig reconfiguration device was made by the artisans at Diamond Plate Grills of San Angelo, TX. See it in action here.
The Original 2005 Bad-Ass Stu-Pit Smoker™
Here's
a picture of our bigger smoker, I'm still looking for a
pic of the smaller one. We built this out of a couple of
barrels, and a kit for a heater that we modified by welding
togather the parts instead of bolting them togather. It
gives us a steady 200 degrees without much work, and we
plan on putting together another for 2006.

The
New-and-Improved 2006 Edition Stu-Pit Smoker
Through
the power of prayer, and black magic, we're bringing this
marigold-colored monstrosity to back to where it all began,
the 2006 New Jersey State BBQ Championships!
